Last Epoch Overlay is provided by Kyusung Interactive Co., Ltd., a company based in South Korea. These terms apply to our website and desktop app. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The app is currently in private preview. It does not require a Last Epoch Overlay account and does not currently offer subscriptions or purchases. Last Epoch Overlay is an independent companion app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Eleventh Hour Games.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms.

Use the app in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the game and platform you use. Do not interfere with our services, bypass access restrictions, distribute malicious software, or use the app to infringe anyone else's rights. Restrictions in these terms do not override rights granted to you by law or by an applicable open-source license.

Preview features may change, stop working or be removed. Updates to Last Epoch, Windows or the app platform can affect compatibility. We do not promise a release date, uninterrupted availability or continued support for a particular feature.

Bazaar listings, prepared search filters and session statistics may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Check the item and listing details yourself before making an in-game trade. We do not operate the Bazaar or guarantee item values, trades or progression results.

The app, website and our original content belong to Kyusung Interactive Co., Ltd. or their respective licensors. Game names, artwork, trademarks and third-party components remain the property of their owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of them to you.

Our Privacy Policy explains how the website and app handle information, including usage analytics, error reports, advertising and Discord presence.

The app may display ads and link to third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. We do not control or endorse third-party content, products or offers.

For versions using Overwolf technology, this agreement is with Kyusung Interactive Co., Ltd., not Overwolf. We are responsible for the app, its content, support, applicable warranties and handling intellectual-property claims. Overwolf has no support or warranty obligations under these terms. Overwolf and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce these terms against you.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without a guarantee that it will be error-free or fit a particular purpose. You use it at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from its use.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights, including any rights concerning warranties or remedies.

You can stop using the app at any time. We may restrict access where needed to address misuse, security issues or legal obligations. We may also change or discontinue preview features, subject to your rights under applicable law.

We will post updated terms here with a revised date and provide notice of material changes as required by law. If a future feature introduces accounts, purchases or subscriptions, we will explain the applicable terms before you use it.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Korea. This does not take away mandatory protections available under the laws of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.
